How long does it take to process my order? (Handling time)
Credit card authorization and packaging typically take 3-5 business days. This is "in addition" to the actual delivery times outlined below.
How long will it take to ship my items? (Delivery time)
U.S. Domestic Standard: 5-7 business days
Canada Standard: 5-10 business days
International First Class: 5-20 business days
How can I track my package?
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and sent out for delivery.

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. Items may be returned no later than 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must first request a return authorization number via email. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
